He would be rude when we asked questions and kept saying "As I previously said..." which comes off condescending. He seemed annoyed when we questioned fees.
Closing agent said the March 1 payment would not be taken out of checking, but it was. Waiting for refund check now. Glad I had enough in checking to cover it.Paperwork was incomplete at closing. Had to make copies myself to complete the package....
