Had everything set out as straight forward as possible, no questions were left unanswered, nothing left to be confused about throughout the pages of paperwork, turned the home buying process into a nice and easy experience.

I was prpmised I would get my Tax returns and proof of lifetime Pension at settlement-did not receive.
