No Communication from him at all.
Ken was ready to help us with our questions every step of the way through the process.
Started loan process on July 8th and didn't close the loan until Oct 2nd. Way to long to close on a mortgage.
Explained the refi process very well. Answered all my questions promptly and when he did not know he inquired and got right back with the answers. It was a great experience.
