the overall experience had some troubles with internal communication. My communication with Ken was great, But Ken was up against conflicting internal miscommunication that ultimately affected my experience.

We have used this company twice before without any problem and that is why we chose to go through them again, but when it cam down to communication with the JR loan processor it was a terrible experience.
