Ken is an extremly capable mortgage loan officer who helped us the refinance our mortgage with excellent terms in a short time. As i was working abroad he managed to get everything done and we never met, only communicated by email.
I would recommend Ken to anyone looking for a loan. He obtains the lowest rate and is extremely easy to work with. He will make special accomodations to ensure that you can get all the paperwork completed within your schedule.
As a first time buyer, Ken was great at explaining the qualifying process and what I would expect at closing. He worked diligently to lock in as best a rate as possible for me.
