kelton and his assistant gave great customer service . Always made themselves available when needed, and also had a response to everything that was thrown their way. Never felt alone during the process

Establish a portal for the agents as well, so we know what steps have been taken and the status. It was lack of communication as we got closer to the closing table.

New home builder with own lender. Guild was an outside lender for the buyer and was easy to work with.
