Mostly Kelsey's knowledge and helpfulness was great. The online portal was okay but asked for what I thought was too much information or duplicate information.

Thought the rate was a bit higher but it wasn’t too much for us to walk away from the relationship established through our multiple phone calls with Kelsey and future forwarding product options the lender offered to us.
