    Just an observation - the loan was delayed in being purchased, supposedly, because some documents were overlooked in your system. Caused the LO's pay to be delayed for 2 weeks. Otherwise great job.

    great experience on my first loan with freedom, after just getting set up with them. everyone did a fantastic job. underwriters and coordinators were awesome. closing team was excellent. great job freedom!
