I have submitted two files now through Freedom and am extremely grateful for the communication and help I have received from Kelly and the entire Freedom Team.
I was able to follow the process online and received answers right away on my questions.
Kelly rocks, she is very responsive and does a great job of following up on what we need in a timely manner always... we absolutely love Kelly and are so glad we have her as an AE.
