Kelly was very good at communicating what was happening, what was required of me, and everything in between. The loan process was smooth and relatively stress free.
Great experience
Poor communication, oftentimes rude responses to questions. The name of this organization is a scam because they in NO way make you a priority.

Things went very well and my clients were taken care of.
Got through the process fairly quickly, with a few little things that got resolved in a timely manner. If we had any concerns they got addressed and taken care of as soon as they came up.
