The effort to get it closed before christmas Just one thing was upsetting the appraisal was sent to the listing agent It should have only come to the buyer and buyer agent
Kelly Singleton was very knowlegable. She answered every question i had and pointed me in the right direction. She was available anytime i needed her. She was very prompt and professional.
As a first time home buyer I felt the lack of following up with me. The home inspection was done and good for over a week and I didn't know I had to relay that to 1st Priority. Therefore the appraisal wasn't ordered on time.
Kelly is very diligent in her involvement with every transaction. She keeps you informed every step of the way!
