While I represented the seller, and didn't speak to the loan officer, The buyer's agent kept me informed on the loans process. The loan had to be switched from FHA to conventional and was still closed on time.

Our closing was not a new exoerience as we have bought & sold previous houses. The closing process did not take as long as expected. Kelly Langford was very friendly and easy to converse with. It was a good experience.
