Too many circumstances with inaccurate financial errors on documents
kip put a bad taste in our mouth about Silverton. no communication, didn't return calls , texts, emails. Randomly pulled hard credit check without communication. Kelly was good glad we were able to switch and use her. 10 days before closing...

Communication needs to be better. Realitor was never sent documents and I had to conduct all coordination between realitor/ loan officer/ builder. Documents were often sent to me for review and signature with no explanation about its contents...
