We closed on time with no issues. essentially the biggest aspect of what a consumer wants in the homebuying process.
The only reason I chose Silverton mortgage was the $10,000 closing allowance offered. During my initial conversation with the loan officer I advised I wanted to pay only $20,000 down payment. I found out much later in the process to qualify...
