It seemed that there was NO sense of urgency to close the loan in accordance with the contract closing date. And there was very little reason given for the delay in closing! The title officers were left with no explanation which could have...

Everything was good, wish r*te locking at NAF was faster but no fault of loan officers. Would recommend Keith to any home buyer , he was exceptional

Very unprofessional with comments in email communications, multiple request for same documenation resulting in reschedule of our closing three times. Also, we have yet to receive keys to the property (closed 3 days ago) as result of your actions....
