Katie was amazing.
She provided daily updates and worked very hard to ensure our loan was funded.
More importantly, she cared. I can't say that about many people these days.

Katie and Natalie were great. Helped me through the process with humor and kindness. The bank's loan program was also competitive. I would do it again and recommend Katie to anyone in the market for a C2P or regular mortage loan.

I grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Raleigh in 2008. I fell in love with the Triangle and all that the area has to offer. I enjoy live music, sporting events, traveling, and spending time on the lake with my husband and two little boys.
I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of the mortgage business and helping my borrowers accomplish their real estate goals. Whether it be purchasing their dream home, investing in the housing market, or restructuring debt, each mortgage process is an important milestone and I love being a part of it!
