Great Communication and response time to emails/calls. We were able to close on our loan in a short period of time. Katie showed up to our closing and we thought that was great because we were able to meet in person. Overall a wonderful experience....

Katie made it great! She was available to us and working with/for us at all hours of the day and stayed on top of everything for us on weekends and during her vacation time. Natalie was also very helpful.

I have been a part of the Fidelity Bank and Right By You Mortgage team for 12 years and have served the Triangle area of NC for over 17 years. I grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Raleigh in 2008. I fell in love with the Triangle and all that the area has to offer. I enjoy live music, sporting events, traveling, and spending time on the lake with my husband and two little boys. I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of the mortgage business and helping my borrowers accomplish their real estate goals.
