Kathy was great to work with. She gave us all the options for us to make the best decision on choosing which loan to go with & provided us great info on different programs available, etc. She was responsive & knowledgeable as well!

My interactions with Kathy and Cheryl were great, however the minute pieces of information continually asked during underwriting made the process more stressful than it should have been for some who already was being serviced by Atlantic Bay....
