Kathy listened to what I wanted in a house payment and went over the different types of loans to help find the best one for me. She explained everything so that I could understand it. She was easy to speak with rather text, voice or email.
Kathy worked so quickly and was super responsive. She helped us through a rough situation and made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process.
