Kathy was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the whole process. She gave us great advice for being first time homebuyers and went above and beyond what we expected.

The team has been great helping me and talking me through everything through the buying process would highly recommend.
Kathy was on top of everything and helped me keep the loan process as smooth and quick as possible.
I can always trust that Kathy will take care of my clients and do everything she can to help increase their credit score, find down payment programs or grant money, lower rates and maximize seller paid closing costs.
