Loan process and closing was very easy and stress free. Kathy was awesome and very helpful. Questions we had were answered very quickly.
We would use Guild again and recommend to others.

Kathy was very thorough and attentive to my needs on time constrants. She also kept me informed of any changes that arose. I would reccomend her to others and if the occacasion was to be arise I would certainly use her again.
