Guild Mortgage - Kathy Hallmon

I would like to give her 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you for help me.

Caliber was amazing at not only getting me to closing very quickly when I ran into problems with another lender but they also provided better options in terms of the down payment and length of loan.

Kathy was always available when my husband and I had questions. She took time to explain things to us. She and her team were very helpful during this process.

Kathy is a true professional who cares about her clients as though they were personal friends. And, after working with Kathy on our loan, that’s exactly what we consider her... a personal friend. You are in the best of hands when you’re working...

Kathy and Heather were very helpful during the mortgage experience.

It was great and learning experience.

Kathy has been a fantastic resource to work with throughout this process. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes a great effort to assist timely and thoroughly. Her hard work is very appreciated.

Detailed and prompt communication, very knowledgeable people to work with, made the whole process very easy!

The team looked out for me and made sure I saved a lot more money than I thought I’d be spending. Thank you.
