Kathy was clear and communicative throughout the entire process. She was available whenever we had a question and either had the answer or got the answer promptly.
She took the time to lay out multiple options of loans. We got the perfect type of loan for us. She also went above and beyond to draft our purchase agreement since we didn't have a realtor. We should recommend her.
Very thorough & knowledgeable about her work, great correspondence & communication, always available to deal with any concerns or situations that may arise, candy dish was always full.
