Communication was amazing. I was really clueless on many aspects of this whole process and Kathy took care of everything. I also ran into some technical difficulties with my bank and she was able to work through it for me.
App made document transfer easier. Communication was transparent and matched expectations for great customer service — a hard notch to reach :)

Kathy did a great job in communicating with us and getting us the information we needed to proceed with the mortgage process. She was very professional and the customer service was top notch.
Very responsive and everything happened super fast! The app was awesome for uploading documents too.
Kathy explained all of my options and helped secure a great interest rate, much lower than what I was offered they my credit union.
