It was quick, clear, and easy. The lawyer insisting on physically signing over zoom was the only hassle. Even then, the lawyer went the extra mile and picked up the signed docs at our house.
The whole process went so much faster than expected. I also am a first time home buyer and Kathleen answered all my questions quickly which made the process much less confusing.
As first time homeowners we were unaware of many details of the process. Kathleen and her team took their time for proper communication and let us know important avenues in advance. They have been very polite at all.
I did not have any issue with closing as I got pre-qualification after long and through checks.
