Kathleen was deeply knowledgeable, answered all communications promptly, was responsive to our needs, friendly, pleasant, explained information well, and allowed teh process to flow smoothly.
Kathleen was super responsive—even when we were having a mini crisis on a Sunday evening—she took time and care to respond to all our questions and concerns.
Better timing on completion on required documentation vs closing date. It seemed the closing dates were set prior to the unknown availability of the required documentation creating an uncomfortable rush to the finish line.
