More communication early in the process would have been helpful for someone who was completely new to the concept for first time home buyer. I think maybe meeting via a platform like Zoom would have been helpful in easing the stress of purchasing...

Communication with Elaine could have been better, I think it took longer to close because of this..We didn't get a final walk thru & had to pick up keys to the house under a rock in front of house..The check we were to get back from sellers...
