It may just be the process, but I felt as though some of the communication (not with Kathleen) seemed too complicated? Between Brandi, LeeAnn, Kathleen and I’m not even sure who else was involved, it felt like way too many people to communicate...

They helped us through everything and made things make sense. We asked a ton of questions and they gor us through each one bit by bit to make us comfortable and understand the whole process.
All in all we had a very good experience.
