Kathryn Reagan-Talbot was so responsive to our questions and kept us apprised at all stages fo the process. We were able to close quickly because of her extraordinary efforts.
We had a challenge with our first lender and needed to close on time to our original agreed upon date with the sellers. Kate was able to make magic happen so we could close on time and not lose our house.
