The entire process was smooth and effortless. Lead by Karl our loan agent, every question we had was answered promptly and we now have a lower interest rate and mortgage payment . Great job overall

Karl, was patient with me and helped me to understand the loan documents and all the the things that were confusing me. He answered all my calls, emails and question.
