The communication and timely responses
The focus and attention to our case. We don't feel like a case number, we felt valued and informed properly and promptly. He was kind enough to respond back to inquires during off hours and holidays!
When I call and ask for a call back, my expectations are within 24 hours. This did not happen. While we processed my Re-Fi, Planet Home Mortgage did not tell Planet Home Mortgage that I was in the process of doing a Re-Fi so I received "Delinquency...

I'm not sure if it is anyones fault but for a refinance I feel that the process was longer than needed and my closing had to be pushed 3 times. Everything worked out in the end but was a little painful on both sides I believe.
Very responsive...even when I was not!
