Following through!
Reassuring communication when we reached out regarding the status of our refinance. We knew it would be a long process but wanted to follow up occasionally to ensure things were going smoothly and Karl was very patient and helpful with us.
Karl was honest from the beginning. He told us that it would be a few weeks before we would receive any information. That is exactly what happened. Whenever we had questions he call and emails.
Wonderful experience. Karl Hartmann and the team at Planet Home Lending took care of everything. They made the process nice and easy. I would definitely recommend them for you loan needs.
It was a very easy process to refinance our mortgage. Everything was done for us, including sending the notary public to our house to sign the papers.
