Karl and Donna were super. I did have one issue with the Final Closing disclosure. But I am sure we will get that resolved soon.
Mostly the communication and the portal access to upload documents made it a great experience. The final approval for the loan took a little longer than anticipated, but all in all a good experience.
It was easy and simple. Most of the work was done for us! We received quick responses when we had questions. Overall great experience and great people to work with!
Nothing could have made it better. It was a simple refinance. No need to consult or put out fires. It was a fine experience.
