My experience was pleasant and everyone that I came in contact with was professional, friendly and genuinely happy to help me. I was surprised at how fast it went.
Karl and Cassandra were right there every step of the way to closing and it was easy to contact them if assistants was needed, that was awesome!!
The entire process was seamless and anytime we had a question it was answered and explained very well and not a bunch of acronyms that we didn't understand.
