This company is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I wish I could cancel the loan because the employees misled me.

From the start Karim was able to answer all the questions I had and there were plenty of them.Once the process began he followed up frequently to let me know what the status was and what to prepare for in the next step to ensure a timely transition....

The time from start to finish took a long time. Everyone I worked with were very nice. Sometimes they were slow to answer emails.

Better communication from Karim. he didnt didn't even call when we closed to explain how payout would be.
