Karen was amazing! She was attentive, detailed and informed. As first time home buyers we were very nervous about the whole process. But Karen went out of her way to make it as easy as possible. It was a blessing to have worked with her.

She really did all she could to support us. She advocated for us and our little family around every turn. The builders realtor and his other support staff made mistake after mistake. Karen caught and fixed them all for us!
