Communication was lacking. We were never told we would have to have almost 6000 dollars in reserves to get the heloc. It also took way to long a few months to get it finished.

Some of the info being pulled by the credit agency was very dated or completely innacurate. In addition to that, my wife and I both have 800+ credit ratings, and there kept being delays over dumb things. One being a weird category with my pay...
