    Karen is the only broker I would ever use. Whatever she says is great but it's always better at close. We just put ourselves in a very risky position and the only reason I agreed was because Karen was our broker.

There are several first-time home buyer programs available. Government lending, FHA, VA, USDA, and Oregon VA are my specialties. The lending world has changed today as a result of the more relaxed lending standards of the past. We have returned to the more conservative approach so for me it's just like returning to the early '90's and what I grew up on. It's not a bad thing because I now have more opportunity to be an educator and trusted adviser not a sales pitch. I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and now Arizona!
