Kandace went above and beyond for our whole entire experience. From the first text I sent Kandace to when we got our keys it was 44 days! Talk about amazing!!!

Kandace was great, good communication and appeared to do her job well. I believe the underwriter taking 3 days to review the file and then waiting more than 24 hours to send docs to title for balancing was the issue
