The process went very smooth, it was well organized, and the communications was simple.
Very easy process. Kaitlyn went out of her way to help get all the necessary documents in order.
The loan process was complicated by inaccuracies in final numbers that resulted in issues with paperwork at settlement and the need for a larger than anticipated escrow due that I was not prepared for.
I would have preferred more regular updates and communication. I would’ve have also enjoyed some advice as we went through the process. Also, the numbers were inconsistent throughout the entire process.
