Kaitlyn methodically planned out my document submission deadlines ahead of time and helped me to have a seamless closing. She is extremely professional and dependable.
You did your job well. Communication wasn't great sometimes.

Kaitlyn was awesome! Underwriting was slow and we didn’t get “cash to close “ amount until night before a 10am closing . We had a 9am walk thru and closing at 10am. So inconvenient and last minute!
