i did not know enough about fhe Helioc loan and the way this was going to be distributed all up front. i was thinking it was more like loans we have had taken on others homes and we used Selco Credit Union for a Home Equity line of Credit....

Summit funding was unable to fund the correct amount for my clients and refused communication with buyers, agents, and principal broker. They were extremely unpleaeant and put buyers in danger of being homeless near the end of the transaction....
