Chris Callen was awesome! She communicated with us beautifully throughout the entire process which made it so much easier.
That was about as quick and painless as any loan process we’ve been through. Papers available to sign online, and a quick turnaround time.
Better communications, me NOT having to ask for a lower rate. Not sure why I wouldn't get the lowest rate possible automatically.
