Good communication, quick approval and closing
Process took much longer than originally indicated. We were passed from one person to another, some were not very communicative with huge time lapses with no indication of how things were going.
John was very helpful, thorough, answered all our questions. He is very pleasant and professional. I would recommend John to everyone. He is trustworthy. I can rely on him in knowing he will take care of us and help us out.
