John was very proactive, responsive, detail oriented, and pleasant to work with. I had a great experience from a customer service standpoint and received a super low interest rate.
Everything was explained in terms that were easy to understand. Ryan and his team are efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We never felt “out of the loop” in through the whole process.
Your online email service is not user friendly
At all and made it very frustrating for me. My email password would get changed but I wasn’t told about it.
