Chris is amazing! Super fast with communication. Very thorough in explaining any concerns. She’s a pleasure to work with.
The process was quick and efficient. This is the second loan we've initiated with Nova and both have been very positive experiences.
Everything was done via email and electronic delivery/signing. For the final closing, a notary came to our house. Chris communicated regularly. We knew where we were in the process the entire time. Overall it could not have been better.
