Johns ability to put you at ease and explain the entire process in a way that you can understand everything
Overall everything was completed but your staff should be a little thorough in explaining the process since it is very confusing especially to first time home buyers. We still don't know who we pay our mortgage to yet.
Justin and his team are fantastic. They have a great work ethic. Stay on top of things and always make you the first priority. I will do business again in the future. Thank you for the refi.
