I absolutely love Nova and cannot say enough good things about the entire team. Communication is excellent and the team is knowledgeable about what they do.
Second time doing a refi with NOVA, communication and ease of the process was great again.
Rate is fantastic! John and Melisa were pleasant to work with. Communication could improve and closing processes was longer than I expected. Required multiple follow-ups and some mix up in closing docs.
