    The patience! The ease of the each meeting or phone call. I felt heard, understood, and important like I was the only client There was zero "corrporate" feel to the whoe experience. It was warm and friendly.

    Justin was phenomenal and extremely helpful. Sent videos which was so helpful since I had a death in the family and couldn't make all the meetings my husband attended.
