Justin was extremely responsive and immediately got us into his portal where it walked us through all the docs we had to provide. His team (Stefanie specifically) was always on top of new doc requests from the lender and communicated them quickly....

Justin and his team are amazing. This is my second time working with Justin. The first time I was using a different lender. At closing time they wanted 23k and I only had 21k. I called Justin in a panic and he found 5k in unexplained charges....
